You agree not to use the novelty documents in any way that misrepresents yourself or others, nor will you allow anyone else to utilize them from stubcreator.com in contexts that could include but are not limited to media, legal matters, or government documents. By purchasing any novelty documents, you automatically accept these terms and conditions and agree not to hold the site operator or owner liable.
Our Terms of Service
- If you make an error while creating a pay stub, please reach out to us within 48 hours. We will rectify the mistake, and the updated pay stub will be sent to you exclusively via email.
- If you are dissatisfied with our service, please provide a legitimate reason and submit your claim within 48 hours.
- Should your claim be deemed valid by our support team, we will process a refund, which will be credited to your PayPal account in accordance with PayPal’s policies.
- Please note that some invalid reasons for claims include: “I no longer need pay stubs,” “I dislike the pay stub,” or “The calculations are incorrect,” among others.
- The support team holds the final authority on whether any claim is approved. We strongly encourage you to thoroughly review the preview before completing your purchase.
- Any revisions needed for the generated pay stub will be addressed by our support team within 48 hours.
- Certain details such as the employer’s name, employee’s name, and pay period cannot be altered significantly. If there are any small spelling errors, we will happily correct those for you; however, substantial modifications to these elements are not permitted.
- Once you purchase a pay stub, the template itself cannot be modified. You can review and adjust it in preview mode an unlimited number of times before finalizing your purchase, but no changes can be made afterward.
- For new users, we are providing a $4.99 discount on the first pay stub purchased. This promotion has been available since January 2019.
